A game is not published by upload alone.
-
Source review
We record the developer, distributor, or repository associated with the package and retain supporting evidence in private administration storage.
-
Commercial-rights review
The license or written permission must allow the intended commercial website use. “Free to download” is not treated as permission by itself.
-
Package validation
Q00P checks the HTML5 ZIP for a valid entry page, unsafe paths, server executables, symbolic links, encrypted entries, size abuse, and suspicious compression ratios.
-
Editorial review
A reviewer checks the title, summary, full description, controls, how-to-play section, and tips. Public copy must be specific, readable, and original to Q00P.
-
Presentation review
Thumbnail rights, category placement, publication timing, and the player experience are checked before the status changes to Published.
Recommendations and popularity
Featured placement is an editorial choice based on suitability, presentation quality, variety, and usefulness to players. Popular sorting uses aggregate recorded launches. A game does not receive a better description or ranking merely because an advertiser, developer, or distributor asks for it.
Corrections and material changes
We correct factual mistakes when they are identified. If a package, source record, license, or thumbnail changes, the game returns to a review state before the replacement becomes public. We may archive a game when permission is withdrawn, its package no longer works safely, or its public information can no longer be verified.
Report a concern
Include the game URL, the specific statement or asset involved, and evidence that helps us verify the issue. Copyright and license reports receive a dedicated review.
