RIGHTS AND SOURCES

“Available online” is not the same as licensed.

Q00P publishes a game only after its source and commercial-use basis are recorded and reviewed.

Q00P ORIGINAL LIBRARY

First-party launch games use a separate rights record.

Games identified as “Q00P Original Studio” were created specifically for this portal. Their packages contain local HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while game visuals are drawn procedurally by the included canvas code. The reviewed v1.0 launch packages do not import third-party game code, artwork, audio, fonts, trackers, or network services.

Q00P may host, reproduce, modify, distribute, and monetize these first-party packages on Q00P properties. Each game keeps a checksum-bound source archive and a private commercial-use record. Its public game page identifies Q00P Original Studio as the source and links back to this section. This statement applies only to games carrying that exact source identity; separately licensed games remain subject to their own records and terms.

ACCEPTABLE BASIS

Permission must cover the way Q00P uses the game.

Acceptable records may include an open-source license that permits commercial distribution, an asset-store or marketplace license, direct written permission from the rights holder, or another documented grant that covers browser hosting and monetized portal use. Each record is reviewed in context; a license name alone is not enough.

Source identity
The developer, publisher, repository, or authorized distributor connected to the package.
License record
The license name, source URL, license URL when available, and internal notes explaining the commercial-use decision.
Private proof
A receipt, permission letter, archived license page, or other evidence may be retained privately. Private evidence is never exposed through a public storage URL.
Public transparency
The game page names the applicable license and may link to the source or public license reference.

Artwork, thumbnails, and Q00P writing

Game-code permission does not automatically grant permission for every promotional image. Thumbnail rights are confirmed separately. Q00P’s brand, interface, mascot, page layout, and editorial copy remain Q00P materials unless a page explicitly states otherwise.

Attribution and license obligations

When a license requires attribution, notices, source availability, or another condition, Q00P must preserve that obligation. A package that cannot be hosted while meeting its license terms is not eligible for publication.

Rights-holder requests

If you own or represent rights in a game or image and believe a Q00P record is wrong, send the exact URL, your relationship to the work, and supporting evidence. We may temporarily unpublish the item while the record is reviewed.
