1. The Q00P service
Q00P provides access to reviewed HTML5 games, original editorial guides, and catalog information. Features, games, and availability can change. We may correct, suspend, archive, or remove content when needed for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or quality.
2. Permitted use
You may browse pages and play available games for personal, lawful use. You must not attack the service, bypass access controls, probe private administration or storage routes, distribute malicious code, automate abusive traffic, manipulate play counts, or use Q00P to violate another person’s rights.
3. Intellectual property
Q00P’s name, mascot, interface, site code, original artwork, and editorial writing are protected materials. Individual games and identified third-party materials remain subject to their own owners and licenses. Access to a game through Q00P does not grant permission to copy, resell, repackage, or redistribute it.
4. Game packages and external links
We review packages and restrict the player, but software can contain defects and may behave differently across devices. Source, license, and other external links lead to services Q00P does not control. Review their terms before relying on them.
5. No guarantee
Q00P is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular score or result, compatibility with every browser, or that every external statement will remain current. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Responsibility and limitation
You are responsible for your device, connection, and lawful use of the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Q00P is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable service, third-party links, or use outside these terms.
7. Changes and contact
Updated terms become effective when posted with a revised date. Continued use after a change means the revised terms apply to later use. Questions, security reports, and rights concerns can be sent through the contact page.
